Israeli attacks across Lebanon have continued despite ceasefire claims, according to official data.

Figures released by the Lebanese Ministry of Public Health show that between March 2 and May 4, 2026, total casualties reached 10,960, including 2,696 deaths and 8,264 injuries.

The data points to sustained hostilities over the period, with daily casualty trends showing intermittent spikes, indicating phases of intensified strikes across multiple areas.

Healthcare infrastructure has been severely impacted, with 16 hospitals damaged and three forced to close. The ministry also reported 132 attacks on emergency medical services (EMS).

Emergency response capacity has been hit, with 25 EMS units and 119 vehicles damaged, the figures show.

Frontline responders have suffered heavy losses. A total of 103 personnel were killed, including 98 EMS workers and five healthcare workers, while 238 others were injured, comprising 201 EMS staff and 37 healthcare workers.

The data also highlights severe strain on emergency services, with only 14 emergency medical technicians deployed across 21 hospitals, alongside 53 registered personnel and 34 actively deployed staff.

The figures underscore the continuing impact of Israeli operations despite ceasefire claims, with casualties reported across regions and demographic groups, including civilians.

Notably, a significant number of people have been displaced since the start of the conflict.
