Israeli attacks in Lebanon have caused 13,828 casualties between March 2, 2026 and June 1, 2026, including 10,395 injuries and 3,433 deaths, according to data published by Lebanon’s Ministry of Public Health.
The ministry also reported damage to the health sector, including 17 damaged hospitals and three closed hospitals.
According to the data, 159 EMS attacks were recorded. A total of 35 EMS facilities were damaged and 161 vehicles were damaged.
The ministry reported that 128 healthcare and emergency personnel were killed during the reporting period, including 123 emergency medical services (EMS) workers and five healthcare workers.
Total injuries among healthcare and emergency personnel stood at 332, including 237 EMS injuries and 95 healthcare worker injuries.
The ministry said 14 Emergency Medical Teams were operating across 21 hospitals. Registered personnel numbered 60, while deployed personnel totalled 40.
